Angels 2026 – In Support of Alzheimer’s Society
For many years, Overseal Running Club has believed in something simple yet powerful — when people come together with a shared purpose, extraordinary things can happen.
On Saturday 20th June 2026, our club will once again take on our headline charity challenge: Angels 2026.
This year, our runners will cover more than 30 miles, running back to Overseal. It is a demanding physical test — but more than that, it is a test of heart, resilience and community spirit.
As part of Angels 2026, we are proud to be raising funds for Alzheimer’s Society.
Dementia affects so many families within our club and throughout our wider community. It changes lives, challenges loved ones, and asks extraordinary strength from those facing it. By supporting Alzheimer’s Society, we hope to play a small part in funding vital research, improving support services, and ensuring that no one has to face dementia alone.
At Overseal Running Club, we don’t run to win.
We run to test the limit of our heart and soul.
Our collective fundraising target across all supported charities is £10,000, and every donation — no matter the size — makes a genuine difference.
Whether you are donating in honour of someone special, in support of our runners, or simply because you believe in the power of community, we thank you.
Together, we can turn miles into meaning.
