In January 2025, I’m taking on the ultimate physical and mental test: HYROX, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. This cause is deeply personal to me for two reasons.

Firstly, I’m doing this in honor of my dad, who passed away in 2017 after bravely fighting cancer. Secondly, I’m running the Manchester HYROX in memory of the incredible Millie Wilson, who sadly passed away on the 26th of September 2024 at just 25 years old. Millie’s battle lasted 11 years, during which she displayed immense strength and achieved so much. She continues to inspire me with her resilience and courage, and I’m honored to dedicate this challenge to her.
