Allied Forces Foundation is a British-American charity supporting wounded, ill and injured service people and veterans on their journey to recovery by enabling participation in challenge events that promote recovery and the ability to share with fellow warriors who have been through similar trials.

Story

Whilst listening to the amazing work that the team of volunteers from Allied Forces Foundation carry out "improving the quality of life of wounded, ill and injured allied veterans and their families through participation in adventure and challenging outdoor activities, building comradeship and teamwork" And to help them improve there lives.

I have decided to take on another fundraising to support the great work of Allied Forces Foundation, this will involve running 4 Marathons pulling a Burley Nomad Trailer in my home county of North Yorkshire during 2024. The locations of the runs will be Castle Howard, Whitby, York & Scarborough.

I have been running ultra marathons in the UK & USA for over 25 yrs raising money for various military and civilian charities.
