London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 · 7 April 2024 ·

EHE is one of the world's rarest cancers. There is no systemic treatment for this destructive sarcoma. We are raising funds to help fund critical research and so provide hope to those with EHE.

Story

Michelle (@myjourneytojustlive) and Carolyn are childhood best friends seizing an amazing opportunity to run together at the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 7th April 2024!

Michelle is an incurable cancer thriver. She was diagnosed with EHE (epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, an extremely rare sarcoma cancer) just 2.5 years ago. She started her running journey a few months after her diagnosis and has been unstoppable ever since. She works tirelessly to raise awareness for her rare cancer and to spread her message to Just Live!

These two besties may live in different provinces, but they started running together in May 2023. This will be their 4th event creating memories together and what makes this event extra special is that they will be travelling to the UK from Atlantic Canada to run alongside other EHE cancer thrivers, supporters, and fundraisers as part of The EHE Rare Cancer Charity (UK) team. Any donation you can kindly make to Michelle & Carolyn's page will go to the EHE Charity’s campaign for the LLHM event, raising funds for important EHE research.

Thank you so much for your generosity!
