In 2026, I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet: riding the entire Tour de France route completely unsupported, including every stage and every transfer.

No shortcuts. No support. Just Phil.

I’m doing this for Alzheimer’s Research UK in memory of my mum, who I lost to dementia in 2024. Watching someone you love live with dementia changes you. This ride is my way of turning that loss into purpose.

Every kilometre and every climb will be earned the hard way. No team car, no mechanics, no outside help. Everything I need will be carried on the bike.
