Last year I made a commitment to myself to take charge of my mental health and push beyond my limits. While I’ve worked hard to rebuild my mind and spirit, running became the next step in challenging myself further. It’s not just about physical endurance it’s about proving to myself that I can keep moving forward and showing up!
I’m training for my first-ever marathon in May 2025, a journey fuelled by resilience, self-belief, and the determination to show what’s possible when you refuse to give up on yourself.
This journey isn’t just for me, it’s for those who are still waiting for their breakthrough, who feel like they’re stuck in limbo. I’m raising funds for Mind supporting mental health initiatives that help others find their strength when they need it most (they were there for me when I was on a waitlist for my CBTherapy)
