Animals are a huge part of life all over the world, yet many still suffer from neglect, abuse or lack of proper care.

The RSPCA does incredible work rescuing animals, providing care, and improving animal welfare through education and support.

Wherever I run in the world, it’s a reminder of how important it is to protect and care for animals.

That’s why this cause is such an important part of this challenge.
