A week before Christmas we received some devastating news that my dad (Matthew Mruk) has cancer. As a family this came as a massive shock to us.

The Velindre Hospital has been absolutely amazing since my dad’s diagnosis. Their support and care has been top standards and we couldn’t ask for more as a family.

My dad is still currently fighting this battle, so me and some friends have decided to come together and walk Pen-Y-Fan on the 12th April in order to raise money for Velindre Hospital.
