We are facing a funding crisis and are at risk of closing in June/July 2026. We have launched an urgent appeal to keep our doors open through to March 2027. If you'd like to support that campaign directly, please visit: Justgiving.com/page/keepkentishtownfoodbankopen Every donation helps!

Story

On April 8th, Green Party councillor candidates for Kentish Town, Kai Nixon & Hannah Morris, are hiking over 50km across London in under a day to raise money for Kentish Town Foodbank!

Kentish Town Foodbank are at a critical moment with rising costs & unsuccessful funding bids leaving them faced with closure, despite their need being greater than ever under the cost of living crisis.

The foodbank has already supported over 18,000 people in the community, with children aged 5–12 making up the largest group they serve.

If enough isn't raised, Kentish Town Foodbank will be forced to close in June 2026. Every pound you give to sponsor us goes directly towards keeping their doors open and supporting the most vulnerable in our community. 💚
