Lake District Triple Challenge · 15 July 2023

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Hi all,

I'm fundraising for Centrepoint, a charity helping vulnerable young people move on from homelessness and build a future, supporting over 14,000 young people every year. Centrepoint support homeless young adults aged 16-25, and aims aim to end youth homelessness in the UK.

In July I will be taking part in the Lake District Triple Challenge which consists of:

• Climbing to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston – 10km, 803m – approx. 3-4 hours.

• Mountain biking through Grizedale Forest – 12km – approx. 2 hours.

• Kayaking around Coniston Water – 1.5km – approx. 1.5 hours.

Thanks,

Kai
