This December I am challenging myself to run 5K every day to raise money for Ahead Of The Game Foundation. An organisation/ cancer charity that specialize in : cancer rehabilitation , Brain Tumor rehabilitation and provides mental, emotional and physical support to those with a cancer diagnosis. This support extends to the families of those affected by cancer also. This charity means a lot to me as I have witnessed the huge amount of support it has offered my mum, I have seen how much its helped her confidence and strength through her treatment with things like specialist exercise sessions, mental health support and so much more.

Every donation counts no matter how big or small. It means they can keep supporting my mum and other families going through cancer.
