Kaitlin and I are raising money for Alzheimer’s Society in memory of my lovely Nan, Carole. She battled Alzheimers for ten years before sadly passing earlier this year. Her giggles and love for myself and my sister will always be remembered. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for my Nan.

We have decided to take part in Bristols Memory Walk, along with my family, to fundraise for change and day-to-day support for those living with, and caring for those with dementia.
