Story
In 2020, my sister Alex was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, a type of blood cancer. During this time, I was introduced to the incredible work of Anthony Nolan. Inspired by their mission, I joined their stem cell register and have proudly been registered for the past five years.
Luckily Alex is now in remission and has been for 4 years this December and is doing amazing in life, she has fortunately not needed a stem cell transplant but the incredible work of this charity for cancer patients is immeasurable.
Therefore, I want to continue to support this amazing charity and the work they do to support cancer patients. That’s why in September, I'm taking on a charity skydive to raise money for Anthony Nolan.
Anthony Nolan is the world's leading stem cell register, dedicated to saving the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders through life-saving stem cell transplants. Thanks to their work and ongoing research, four people every day are given another chance at life.
I would be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small. Every penny raised goes towards groundbreaking research and helping Anthony Nolan continue to match donors with patients, giving more people the hope of a brighter future.
Thank you so much for your support, it truly means the world.
