I'm taking part in The Big Tea Break for East Anglia's Children's Hospices, so I can help make a difference to local children and young people with life-threatening conditions.

EACH provides a wide range of services for families across East Anglia, from wellbeing therapies and short break care through to end of life and bereavement support.

For families accessing care and those who have been bereaved, EACH is a lifeline at an unimaginably difficult time. When time is short, they help families make the most of their precious time together and create memories that last forever.
