I have been a member of First Tee for over 10 years. Not only has it been a big part of my success in golf, it has given me the opportunity to give back to my community, coach new golfers, be interviewed on the Golf Channel multiple times and have a once in a lifetime opportunity to represent the Triangle at Pebble Beach. I cannot give this program enough thanks for everything they have done for me. This will be my last Kid-Am as a participant. This fall, I will be heading to Tennessee Tech to play Division I golf; a dream that would have never been possible without the support of First Tee.

From First Tee Triangle: "This year, 40 of our First Tee - Triangle participants will be playing in our annual Kid-Am Tournament. Similar to a Pro-Am but unlike your traditional golf tournament, this event will partner each foursome with one of our very own standout participants! Not only does golf play a role in their participation, so does fundraising. We are asking our participants to fundraise to cover the cost of their playing and any extra money raised will go directly towards the First Tee's mission of providing character education to local youth through the game of golf."
