Each Christmas, Team Kaizen proudly joins forces with the incredible local charity Birmingham Mind for their annual Mental Elf Festive Fun Run at Cannon Hill Park. This year’s event takes place on Sunday 30th November and once again, we’re thrilled to be leading the warm-up with elf hats and festive spirit.

It’s a brilliant community day where community comes together to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. Whether you’re jogging the 5K or enjoying a leisurely stroll followed by a well deserved hot chocolate, it’s always a feel good day from start to finish.

Mental Elf isn’t just about fundraising, it’s about connection, community and supporting those who need it most. During December 2024 alone, Birmingham Mind’s helpline received over 1,300 calls, including 41 on Christmas Day. Every donation helps ensure that no one has to face their mental health struggles alone.

All funds raised stay right here in Birmingham, supporting vital services such as the Central Wellbeing Hub at the Bullring & Grand Central. Last year, almost £20,000 was raised and this year Birmingham Mind are aiming for £25,000!
