Story
Three years ago, there were days I walked with crutches. A single flight of stairs left me in pain.
I was physically and mentally breaking, and I made a choice. I stepped away from what was destroying me, even when it felt isolating and dark. I rebuilt my belief in myself and my strength followed.
Today, I can deadlift more than my own bodyweight. And I want to use that strength to give back.
I’m fundraising for St Albans Community Pantry, a charity supporting people in our community who are facing food insecurity and real hardship. Every donation helps someone who needs help right now.
I’d love your support whether that’s a donation, a share or a message of encouragement. Together, we can turn strength, belief and community into something that truly matters.
