This page is to remember Kane, who left us on the 6th of December 2018 at just 18 years old. Despite facing incredible challenges, including a heart and lung transplant, Kane lived with a spirit that inspired everyone around him. He was kind, funny and had a way of brightening every room he entered. His laughter and warmth touched so many lives and he was deeply loved and cared for by all who knew him. We continue Kane’s legacy by raising money for the incredible hospital that helped him and his memory continues to live on in our hearts.
