I AM RUNNING THE TCS LONDON MARATHON 2026 FOR MIND
On 26 April, I will run the London Marathon (26.2 miles) for Mind - a charity making sure no one faces a mental health problem alone.
Every year, 1 in 4 adults in the UK experiences a mental health problem. Behind that statistic are real people facing anxiety, depression, crisis, or overwhelming stress. Too many struggle in silence. Too many wait too long for support.
Mind is there when it matters most.
Last year alone:
• Over 600,000 people were supported by local Mind services
• 120,000+ enquiries were answered by Mind’s helplines
• Millions accessed trusted mental health information and community support
Demand is rising. The need is real. And support saves lives.
That’s why I’m running.
Training for a marathon is physically tough. But for many people, the mental battles they face are far tougher and far longer than 26.2 miles.
HOW YOUR DONATION HELPS
£15 could help provide vital mental health information to someone searching for answers during a difficult moment.
£25 could help keep Mind’s helplines running ensuring someone in distress has a safe, confidential place to turn.
£50 could help fund local Mind services that provide direct, life-changing support to people experiencing anxiety, depression, or crisis.
Every donation goes directly to Mind.
Every pound funds real support.
No amount is too small.
If you’re able to donate, thank you.
If you can share this page, that matters just as much.
Let’s turn 26.2 miles into real impact.
