Hi, my name is Kara Chew, from Seattle, WA, USA. I’m starting this fundraiser because my heart breaks for the people in Gaza, where a famine has now been confirmed and families are struggling just to find their next meal. Supporting the soup kitchen there feels like a small but meaningful way to help—making sure people have something warm to eat and a moment of relief in the middle of so much hardship. I believe no one should go hungry, and together we can show love and humanity by keeping this kitchen going.
