For the past two years, I have had the pleasure of serving as Secretary and Trustee for SuperTroop, a small Edinburgh-based charity.

SuperTroop provides a week-long summer holiday for young people with disabilities, aiming to create an environment filled with fun, friendship and independence. The holiday is also a time of respite for the family members and carers of our wonderful holiday-makers.

The charity is entirely volunteer-run and relies on the generosity of supporters to help fund our holidays. This October, I am running the Great Scottish half marathon in Glasgow and I would be very grateful for any sponsorship to help support this brilliant charity.
