Hi, my name is Karen. I have always enjoyed running, especially when I was younger, but it was only a couple of years ago when I took part in a 10k and a half marathon. It was such an amazing experience that I have always considered entering some more races.

Well, my prayers were answered when I had an out of the blue email drop through asking if I’d like to participate in the Edinburgh marathon for Epic Partners charity and of course I snapped it up! I am ready for the next challenge and also grateful for the opportunity to support such a great charity!

Epic Partners are dedicated to helping families and children in disadvantaged areas in Nottingham, empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

Their work is so important to the community, providing a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow, and providing the tools needed for families to flourish!
