We are doing the 2025 Kiltwalk Big Stroll (14miles) to raise funds for the Cathcart Baptist Church Regen100 Project.

This church means home! It is home to a small faith community and home to many local groups. It is a lively local hub offering spaces, support and connection within an area where other facilities have been closing.

The Regen100 Project is aiming to raise £500,000 to renovate the church buildings; making them safer and more environmentally friendly. The church has been part of the community in Cathcart for over 100years , and we want to help make it a place for the community for many years to come.

Our all-age group of kiltwalkers (our youngest is in primary school..and others left school quite a while ago - some are pictured here, and we have a few others joining us too!) come from various places around the Southside of Glasgow. Some of us grew up in Cathcart Baptist Church, some have come along later in life. Some of us live nearby, or go to a group in the church. We all call this home!
