I'm attempting to run this half-marathon less than two years after I began running at the age of 52. I support CWA and similar efforts to support women in living full lives, and address issues of gender equality and inclusion.

Cardiff Women's Aid is committed to ending violence against women and girls and supporting survivors of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence (VAWDASV). We continue to support survivors and their children in Cardiff and the surrounding areas by providing aftercare and recovery services and a warm, safe space in emergency accommodation.
