This September, I'm participating in the 'Walk 30 Miles in September 2024' event to raise funds for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity. Despite a dodgy knee and swollen ankle 😂, I am determined to walk 30 miles in memory of my grandmother now passed. Also for my mother, battling it daily. They have both been affected by this cruel disease.
