When Marcus Stewart was diagnosed with this cruel disease, it got me wanting to raise funds to try and find a cure. I ran the Rob Burrow Leeds marathon last year raising money for this charity so when March of the Day II was organised finishing at the mighty Portman Road, I had to get involved and so roped Mark, Matt and Beth (who has her own Blister Sisters team) in too.

On March 23rd 2025 we will be taking part in March of the Day II, walking from Colchester to Ipswich Town FC, in support of Marcus Stewart, Stephen Darby and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.

The Foundation has three main aims;

- Raise awareness of MND

- Support those families facing the MND battle

- Fund important research into a cure
