I am raising money into more research after losing my wonderful Husband Dave Wellman 63 to a brain tumour just over 5 months after diagnosis on 7th.March this year. He was diagnosed on 1st October 2022 and had surgery to remove the tumour on 23rd November 2022. Unfortunately another tumour grew rapidly and on 28th February 2023 we were told there was nothing more they could do. His tumour had metastasised from a melanoma skin cancer he had removed more that 11 years earlier, any research into this awful disease has got to be beneficial to so many. I am not one for exercise myself but I will do this to help raise funds for this good cause as so many young people lose their lives every year from this, it is devastating.
