I became a trustee of WCWAid last year. The work they undertake is invaluable but they receive very little financial support and are assisted enormously by volunteers. Three years ago I established the Western Insights Family Law conference in Penzance which takes place on the first Friday in February and had been hugely successful. All profits are donated to WCWAid.

Last year at the age of 63 I started the Couch to 5k which I completed in Dec. On 7th June I ran my first 10k so I have booked in to run 10k in the Love Luton Runfest - the town where I was born. If half the people who follow me on LinkedIn could sponsor me £10 I would smash my target. Let's see
