I'm taking part in It's a Knockout for Dove House Hospice this year to raise funds for this fabulous place.

Dove House provides vital care for adults in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire during some of the darkest of times. I get the privilege of seeing the impact of this care everyday and continually feel honoured to be part of such a special organisation doing my small bit to make this care possible.

Plus it's been a while since I was in the hospice's It's a Knockout team - hopefully I can manage to not make a total idiot of myself!
