🌟 Karine’s London Marathon Challenge for a United Future 🌟

Hi everyone,

I’m Karine, and next year I’m taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life — running the London Marathon! 🏃‍♀️

Running has always been my passion, but this time, every mile, every blister, and every ounce of determination will be for something far greater than myself. I’m running to raise vital funds for the Integrated Education Fund (IEF) — a charity that’s helping to heal the deep divisions that have shaped Northern Ireland for far too long.

For decades, children here have grown up in segregated schools, separated not by ability or dreams, but by religion and background. The IEF is changing that. They work tirelessly to create and support schools where children from all communities learn, grow, and laugh together — building friendships that cross old divides and shaping a new, shared future for everyone.

This is more than just education. It’s about peace, understanding, and hope — giving the next generation the “normal” that Northern Ireland truly deserves.

So as I train, sweat, and push through every tough mile on the road to London, I’ll be thinking of the kids whose lives are being changed by this incredible cause.
