We are going to be hiking the Welsh 3 Peaks over 2 days on 7th and 8th September, 2024. Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for Signposted Cymru, which is a charity that provides an initial and immediate intervention with early prevention for individuals struggling and needing support with mental health and well-being issues.
