Karl, Charlie and I are taking a ferry over to Hook of Holland and cycling to Amsterdam and back over a 2 day period - which is approximately 178km... that's if we don't get lost :)

Unfortunately most of us know, or know of someone who has lost their life to suicide or suffer from mental health problems so we would like to raise money for support of those suffering and in memory of those we have lost.
