As most of you are aware, our family has been deeply affected by the terrible diagnosis that our wonderful Dad has Throat Cancer. In fact, he has had it twice! Sadly, the latter diagnosis can be battled but the war against it cannot be won. Despite this sad fate, he has faced the last few years with positivity, grit and determination to just “carry on” and continue to embrace and be grateful for the moments, days and years that have been unexpected.

This courageous attitude has inspired Louis, his eldest grandchild, to celebrate his 16th birthday by doing a skydive!

Anyone that knows dad, knows that he would never be able to be just a mere spectator for something like this, so it seemed the perfect opportunity for them to do this together. Not only will it be a fantastic memory for Louis and the family but also an incredible oppertunity to raise money for the Throat Cancer Foundation.

Both Dad and Louis each have a £450 goal to reach, so this page has a combined total goal for both of their fundraising campaigns. Anything you can spare to contribute to their targets and this wonderful charity will be so appreciated.

We will keep you all updated with progress and pics for anyone that isn’t able to come and spectate.
