Story

Thank you for visiting my page!

I will be doing a skydive in memory of our wonderful dad, husband and grandad who was cruelly taken from us too soon after a battle with cancer 💔

My dad was the strongest, bravest man I’ve ever met, he fought so hard and never once gave up despite being told it was terminal. Now it’s my turn to be brave!

It was never his wish to go to a hospice, we felt we were failing him but we couldn’t keep him comfortable at home. From the second we walked into Isabel hospice we knew we’d made the right choice. They made him so calm and comfortable and the care they gave him and even us was just amazing. The nurses, doctors and volunteers are all angels. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them.

So please help me raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity so they can continue to help others who find themselves in this heartbreaking situation.

Thank you for visiting my page.

Lots of love, karly and family xxx

💙 dad 💙

p.s I will of course be paying for the skydive myself.

Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 370,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.

Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for approx 2,000 people but we know there are even more people that need our help.
