If you know me personally you will know I spend a lot of my life trying to get support and funding to continue the amazing work All Minds do for many individuals and their families.

All Minds offer mental health support from Primary one to adults. This is a well needed service that offer one to one play therapy and talking therapy to many. When I say this support saves lives I do not say this light heartedly. We are a service that is there to support people through very difficult times in their lives.

I have put down an amount that would help a few families receive free counselling. This would help families that would be unable to access counselling due to hardship. If we can raise more that will even mean more families and individuals receiving sessions.

To try and raise this money I will be doing the Scotland's largest zip wire event in Glasgow. This will see me be 100ft off the ground and zipping it down 1200ft wire over the river Clyde.
