Me and my crazy colleagues are doing a bungee jump to raise money in support of our wonderful organisation Carr Gomm so we can run community projects and activities which give people opportunities to make new friends, feel connected in their community and boost their confidence.

Loneliness and isolation profoundly impacts people and communities across Scotland. Feeling lonely or isolated can make people think they have little value or control in their lives and can increase people's risk of developing long-term health conditions.
