The Clarks are running this weekend! We'll be taking it slow and steady but running for a great cause.

Chris and girls ran 5k last year for Cancer Research, so bravely whilst I was in hospital following my brain hemorrhage. This will be our first 5k together ever, and our first individual 5k since those dark times just last year.

This time we are running on 29th October for the spookiest 5k in aid of St Richards who provide free carers for adults with a serious progressive illness and supporting their loved ones. We'd appreciate a little sponsorship to motivate us all.
