As many of you know I’ve never been one for exercise until I started the C25K a year ago. Now it’s time for my next challenge - 10K… 😱

I’ve signed up for the Leicester 10K on 13th October and I promise to run every step of it. I think it will take me an hour and a half! That’s an hour and a half of constant running. I’m petrified but determined!!
