You may know I'm on waiting list for a hip replacement which I hope is imminent. Im in considerable pain but been keeping up walking my dogs.

With that in mind I would like to take a long walk to raise money for the GHHC which is explained below. In Tony Milnes memory, he fought cancer and was looked after in this great Hospice. I hope this money reaches the Hospice to help others as they helped Tony in his final days.

So if you could help sponsor me for my walk which I will monitor on runkeeper and post after as proof. Hopefully we can all help raise a bit.

I am going to do a round route from my house in Stondon to Hitchin, Pirton, Shillington and back home, 13 miles.
