Hospice Isle of Man was founded in 1983, & since that time we have card for thousands of patients, and those that matter to them. We deliver all of our services completely free of charge. We need to fundraise over £5.5 million this year, in order to meet our anticipated £7.1 million running costs

I’m delighted to be running the London Marathon on 26th April 2026 in support of Hospice Isle of Man, an incredible charity providing care and support to the Island's community. Thanks so much for your support!
