The Royal Free Charity exists to support patients, staff and researchers across the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. By providing vital support services, and funding wellbeing programmes, medical equipment and groundbreaking research, the Royal Free Charity is able to make a profound and immediate difference to patients’ experiences of care.

I was born at the Royal Free Hospital when it had just been built. All my grandparents were treated there in their later years. And the midwives supported me throughout early years with my family. Within my Chapel community and where I live I hear countless stories of invaluable care from the Hospital and the Charity. I know that as a School we are so lucky to be in the local Community of the Royal Free and I really want to show my support and gratitude. I hope you will sponsor me in taking up the challenge of this half marathon to raise such valuable funds.
