The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we’re moving further and faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour. A cure really can’t wait

Story

Earlier this year, we lost our wonderful family friend Conny to a Glioblastoma, just six months after her diagnosis.

This May, along with two of her beloved daughters, a group of us are walking 106km around the Isle of Wight in her memory. We will be raising money for the incredible Brain Tumour Charity, who provided invaluable support to the Sidenius family during this unimaginable time.

Of all funding for cancer research and treatments, brain tumours receive just 1.37%, despite having the second poorest survival rate of all cancers and being the number one cause of death by cancer in children and adults under 40.

We are determined to raise funds to aid vital research into this cruel disease, to support families going through similar situations.

Any donations - however small - would be hugely appreciated 💛
