We offer global support to tongue cancer patients aged 18–64, ensuring no one faces diagnosis or its lasting impact alone. We unite the patient voice to campaign for better, age-appropriate care and work with researchers to improve survival and quality of life outcomes.

Story

In 2020 when I was 7 my mum had tongue cancer. This is a quite rare type of cancer which is increasing in younger people and the treatment is life-changing. She helped start a support group called Young Tongues for other people with tongue cancer. Now it’s become a charity and helps lots of other people all over the world by increasing awareness and offering advice and support to younger people suffering from this cancer. I’m climbing Snowdon in the dark to raise money for Young Tongues. Thank you for reading!
