Sunday 11th October The Cheshire County Showground Cheshire WA16 0HJ Tough Mudder 2026 has 12+ obstacles over a 5km run. With no competition and no timing, it's just you, your teammates and muddy strangers working together to conquer the course!

Story

On October 11th, I’ll be taking on the Tough Mudder 5K – an assault course packed with mud, obstacles, and challenges that will push me well out of my comfort zone!

I’m not doing it just for the challenge. I’m doing it for my daughter, Dottie, and to raise money for Stick ‘n’ Step.

Stick ‘n’ Step provides life-changing support for children with cerebral palsy and their families. Through specialist conductive education sessions, they help children build confidence, independence, and skills that make a real difference to everyday life.

Dottie has been attending Stick ‘n’ Step since she was just 9 months old, so our family has seen first-hand the incredible difference their support can make. The progress she has made, the confidence she has gained, and the support we’ve received as a family have been invaluable.

Every muddy obstacle I climb, crawl under, or scramble over will be nothing compared to the challenges many children and families face every day. That’s why I’m asking for your support.

Not only that but the following week, Dottie and her classmates will be taking on their own Tough Mudder challenge with a series of fun, muddy and challenging activities - no mean feat for these kids ❤️

Any donation, big or small, will help Stick ‘n’ Step continue providing their amazing services and supporting more children like Dottie. And if you can’t donate, please share my page with your friends, family and colleagues.

See you on the other side 😬
