I can’t quite believe it but this year it’s been 20 years since we lost our wonderful Dad to a brain tumour & I’d love to raise some money in his memory, so on 18th May I’m completing the Jurassic Coast Mighty Hike (26.2 miles). I’ve chosen to raise money for Brain Tumour Research in the hope that anything I do raise can go towards one day ultimately finding a cure for this horrible illness.

Brain tumours sadly kill more children & adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer & Dad was only 42 when he lost his battle. Despite these horrific numbers, historically just 1% of the national cancer research spend has been allocated to this devastating disease so the charity rely mostly on donations & anything you can give is hugely appreciated.
