Informative talk on 'Ageing is Mandatory, growing old is not'. Find out what happens to our bodies as we age and what we can do to preserve as much function as possible. · 5 April 2025

We are a friendly place for you and your family to meet with others that may have the same or similar conditions, whether you are newly diagnosed or have lived with a condition for a long time. Come and enjoy our lovely Pop up café that serves freshly made soup, coffee, tea and treats. You are also welcome to join in our classes and groups, these include, Neuro Re-set Fitness, Neuro Re-set Yoga, Movement with Dr Mel, Singing for Well-being and more online classes.

Kate Zumba - Zumba Gold and Zumba Fitness Classes is holding an event to raise money for the NeuroDropin Centre at Lancaster. The NeuroDropin Centre offers support to anyone with a Neurological Condition such as multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinsons disease, stroke, epilepsy, dementia, celebral palsy, Huntingtons disease, ME, MG MSA and acquired brain injury. NeuroDropin rely on support and generosity of the local people, business and support groups.

On Saturday 5th April 10.00 am to 12.00 noon at Slyne Church Hall, Lindsey Wilcox will give an informative talk - ' Ageing is Mandatory, growing old is not. Find out what happens to our bodies as we age and what we can do to preserve as much as possible. We will explore the brain, heart, bones, muscles and joints plus our balance and falls risk. Tea, Coffee, biscuits will be provided. Please come along and offer your support. All donations will go to the NeuroDropin Centre at Lancaster. Thank you very much.
