Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was lucky enough to receive an entry to run the Chicago Marathon, through their general ballot. The training and subsequently running (hopefully!) the 26.2 miles is no mean feat, so it made perfect sense to run this marathon for charity.

Witnessing the strength and determination of a close family member living with Parkinson's, is the reason for choosing this incredibly worthy cause. Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition and everyone’s Parkinson’s is unique. There's currently no cure for Parkinson's.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this page ... see you on the other side!
