Maidenhead Rugby Club have chosen Brave Mind as the charity they will support starting in the season 2023/2024. This is to honour and celebrate the life of our beloved Issy Phipps.

The club will organise a variety of events over the season (Sept 2023 to May 2024) including Preloved kit sales and Touch rugby tournament where all proceeds will be donated to Brave Mind. A large group of Maids ladies took part in the Windsors Womens 10k run around Great Park on the 23rd September following by a dip in Taplow lake, which was just absolute amazing and such good fun. Please keep an eye out for all the other events planned which hopefully is open to everyone to join in...

Brave Mind aim to make a positive, lasting difference to the rugby community’s mental health and wellbeing. Their vision is to save and improve lives, promote positive mental health and drive the conversation for everyone in the rugby community. The club will be working very closely with Si Trower, Brave Mind's founder on what we can do at Maids to better support our community, families and young players. Stage 1 of those plans has already been kicked off with Awareness sessions being delivered for the U15s, U16s, Colts and Senior teams. Stage 2 will be kicked off shortly...
