Why am I raising money for Coppa Feel?

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and they're on a mission to get everyone checking their chest. When diagnosed early and accurately, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection truly can save lives.

I know this first hand. In February 2025, aged 36, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative, Grade 3 breast cancer. This type of breast cancer is aggressive, but early detection saved my life. The next 12 months were gruelling, emotional and life changing. Twelve months on, I had a 'complete response' to treatment and the future is positive.

Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy were tough. My body survived all of this, and it proves we are all capable of taking on challenges!!

So... bring on the Great Wall of China!
