My amazing daughter was diagnosed with narcolepsy when she was 12 years old. It’s been a challenge for her with most people but understanding the condition or seeing it as something to be laughed at!

We fought her school to ensure she got the support she needed and have even been told that her GP when she went to university wouldn’t prescribe the medication she needs to function

I’m running the London marathon for her and to raise awareness or the condition she has through no fault of her own

My daughter is incredible and has shown so much resilience living with a life long condition that could have changed her life

This run is not going to easy as I’m old and a bit creaky so any support gratefully received
